Remove useFixie dependency on Firebase #432

This rewrites the useFixie hook to stream results back from the API rather than from Firebase.

When an API request is not actively streaming results back, the conversation is polled:

This also removes some features from useFixie that can be layered on top, namely fixture support and perf events.
