This warning

WARN Unable to read property: facing with value: up for blockstate: {Name:"uniquedungeons:city_center_lectern",Properties{facing:"up",open:"false"}}

is a known issue related to a structure file, but does not cause any problems, the blockstate is just reset to default.

The rest is new to me but I don't think its related to Unique Dungeons. Can you describe any ingame problems you have?
