Solution for limited core related news

How to use this in new theme:

replace core shortcode {NEWSRELATED: types=news&limit=3} with {THEME_RELATED_NEWS: limit=3} in news view template
change template for related news in news template - changed shortcode names and add your needed one
add new theme shortcode sc_theme_related_news()

Note: NEWSRELATED is already legacy, NEWS_RELATED should be used.
