the reason being is that C28 is found twice and for this reason the correction
fails. Which causes it to use a different sample for correction. But in the
report we display the wrongly annotated bin!
Internally diagnostic:
annotation is detected as wrong, but bin is not removed from list of
annotations and so causing the wrong result.
