Install or sign up for a kanban board

The Lean methodology suggests using a kanban board to focus development on actionable metrics that emphasize learning from customers and tuning product/market fit. Since we're primarily using Github, we should find a solution that integrates well with Github, since that's where we're tracking our issues and we have build tools that feed into those issues.

Requirements (must-haves are checked):

• [x] Github integration: can pull or push issues into Github
• [ ] Github round-tripping: changes on kanban board or Github are reflected in the other
• [x] Open Source: we don't want to get locked into some proprietary solution
• [ ] Self-hosted: we might want to have this on our own server, to save money or to allow better integration
• [ ] Metrics: we need to be able to track and measure split-tests (AB-tests), coding productivity, cohort funnel results, etc. (though that might be better done with another tool)
• [x] Multiple tags or teams: we may want to have different types of issues tracked in different kanban boards
• [ ] API: a way to push or pull issues via script or command-line
• [ ] Other workflow tools: Gantt charts, tasks, customer feedback, use cases and requirements, etc.

I'll suggest several options below, each with these requirements.

HuBoard

Simple, but might be the best option. I've played with this, and it seems pretty straightforward. We might want to make sure that we can add columns, specifically for the "validation" step.

WeKan

Open source project, no company or hosting plan. Calls itself a Trello replacement. Customizable. It's not clear how tight the Github integration is; I think it stores the issues in a NoSQL datastore. Seems active but a bit disorganized.

Taiga

Project management platform. Focuses on agile development workflow. Slick, lots of integrated project management tools. Scales to different project sizes. However, there is no Github round-tripping, only import (which might be the deal-killer).
