Get ready for GNOME 47 #25

This PR bumps the platform up to master and provides space for working on changes that are part of GNOME 47. Notably, we no longer set the accent colour to green in CSS and instead use the system accent colours. Once released, I'll change this up to 47 and merge it.

Closing this PR since I've already pushed the changes to main, since it was easier than rebasing.
