SCA/PSD2 support? #12

Thanks for putting this content on GitHub, some good examples were indeed lacking!

With the date of 14 September 2019 approaching rapidly I'm wondering whether BS PAYONE have already implemented this in their integrations? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Payment_Services_Directive#Revised_Directive_on_Payment_Services_(PSD2)

If so, it would be nice to see some updated examples.

Once the technical implementation is complete, I'll update the examples here if neccessary, of course. :) Currently, we're trying to keep the changes to a minimum.
