As a Data owner I want to use enable | disable user feature So that I can keep managed relevant data

Bug Description

It is not possible to use the feature

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to users data table
  2. Click on enable or disable option
  3. A empty modal window will appear

Expected Behavior

Update the user status

Actual Behavior

When user click on the link (enable or disable) a pop up appear

Impact

We cannot update the user status
