It is almost possible to allow data entry but not changing formatting, but requires hardcore spreadsheet hacking with VBA: [https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/how-do-you-lock-formats-but-allow-data-entry/afccc43e-e191-417f-826c-d10a464a1b9a?page=4|https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/how-do-you-lock-formats-but-allow-data-entry/afccc43e-e191-417f-826c-d10a464a1b9a?page=4|smart-link] el ou el Originally posted by mixmixmix on Jira.
[^Family_Doctor_Reporting_Template2024.xlsx]
I have protected the sheets and added some summation. I gave JohnJo brief on how to do protection of ranges wiht lock/unlock of specific cells in proctected sheet.
He will try to get doctors to use this template to reporting and get back to me/us with any questions.
We can close that now. Originally posted by mixmixmix on Jira.
The template is now succesfully used by family doctors. Originally posted by mixmixmix on Jira.
In Excel we can set up ranges that are protected, including protection of formatting, prevention of adding columns, moving etc.
That’ll allow doctors to put data in familiar format.
Not sure if there are validation rules but so little data is put in I think it is not necessary. Originally posted by mixmixmix on Jira.
