Improving Success Dialogue Box #333

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
The success dialogue box that's shown when a track has been uploaded shows
success even if one of the uploads has failed. It should be reworded to show
one of four messages:
SUCCESS: Track was uploaded to Fusion Tables and Google Docs.
FAILURE: Track was uploaded to Fusion Tables, but failed to upload to Google Docs.
FAILURE: Track was uploaded to Google Docs, but failed to upload to Fusion Tables.
FAILURE: Track failed to upload to Fusion Tables and Google Docs.

I think that some changes have been made to the success dialogue box in the
latest version, but I haven't had a failure to check what changes there have
been made.

With three uploads (Google Docs, My Maps and Fusion Tables), there will need to
be more options than I listed before.

Yes, the dialog was completely reworked. It now displays a list of services to
which we attempted to upload the track, with a graphical indicator for each.
The title has been fixed as well.
