Currently one can only import all tracks in the gpx file from the menu. We 
should prompt the user to choose which one.

This is not work-small since it requires implementing a small file browser.

I put is as small as I thought it could be as simple as an action which shows a 
dialog with a list.  Every item in that list is the file name of a file in the 
gpx directory.  That way we can support more fine grain imports without a full 
file browser.
