Upload all available data to fusion tables.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save track to fusion table - works great for map.
2. It would be nice to reproduce the elevation/speed plot that is seen in the 
My Tracks Application from stored data in the fusion table.  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
v1.1.1  on HTC Nexus One running Android 2.2.2

If possible please provide a log.  Either upload here or send to mytracks-
support@google.com.

I'm making this one more generic.

The idea is that while we only need lat/lon for rendering the map, it should 
make the rest of the data available if someone wants to use it.
