Remove ANT entries from preferences when the phone doesn't support ANT #357

We currently display ANT entries in system preferences regardless of whether 
the phone supports ANT.  We don't have to do that anymore, now that the DSI ANT 
library gives us a convenient method for ANT presence checking.  Use that 
method, and prune the preferences if we don't have ANT support.
