Increase and Decrease ratio does not refresh the windows #8

When I do an "increase ratio" or "decrease ratio", nothing visually changes. However, if I do a "swap" or any window manipulation command (not "next" nor "previous", but something that actually changes the position of the windows), then the ratio is actually changed, taking into account all the previous changes. (This thus seems to be a refresh problem.)
