I am also getting this same issue. 25.5 is 78º F and decently reasonable, but this issue seems to partially freeze up all my Kumo interactions from HB.

Sorry for not getting to this sooner. On my home app, I am unable to set the heating threshold above 25 (which is 78). So I can't replicate the error. I can patch the code so if it is set above 25 then it just resets to 25 but it's only a bandaid. @randallpjenkins let me know what you'd prefer

This usually occurs when someone uses a remote to manually set a unit beyond the HomeKit maximum setting, which is valid for the unit, but not valid for the Home.app/HomeKit.

I love the idea of a patch to set it to the HomeKit maximum, but I think you need a switch in the plugin setting to set a JSON setting to do this. While this is desirable, I can see where it might not be for everyone.

Does anyone know if setting above 25C/78F will be supported in the future? My mother in law grew up in the tropics and is 88 years old, she often sets hers above the threshold via remote. It's kind of crazy HomeKit doesn't support something that the device does.
