Allow customization of order and which match rules are applied

This need was discussed in our meeting 22/11 and appeared in the rules #21 and #22 (in the sense that they should match if no better name match was made)

A first tentative implementation in which is possible to pass a list of match functions that should be applied is done in https://github.com/fjuniorr/flowmapper/commit/b2d0440e8402da0026946ab3bb6ecec4a26b469d.

This implementation does not handle two cases that might be relevant in the future:

• give priority (in the sense of changing the execution order) to specific match rules without having to list all of them
• excluding particular match rules from running

I'm leaving this open but not planning to work more on it unless some more use cases appear.

+1 to closing this; the list of functions approach is good enough and can always be customized by advanced users.
