0.1 release

We are quite close to having a release that we can ask for public feedback on, and one we can start using to generate mappings. These are the issues I think we need to fix before a first release:

For sure. Since I'm almost done with https://github.com/fjuniorr/flowmapper/issues/46 following the pattern to store both the original and normalized versions of the flow properties can I add it to the list?
