error at powerwallBackup.py #6

I cannot get the following resolved. I do not have MFA enabled. Am I missing something? How can I get past this issue?

Your code needs to enable captcha :

Captchasolve.py change it to true and enter an api key

Thanks for replying so quickly, I did try with captcha enabled as well. I got the API key and set the flag to "True". I signed up at "2captcha.com" as a developer. Do I need to add funds to it for it to work with you code? I am confused whether 2captcha was working or not. I don't have MFA enabled on my tesla app neither on my gateway do I see MFA option. However when I tried it with MFA option on your code I do see the below error:

Yes 2captcha is paid service, they solve captcha puzzles are per rate, as advertised on website. They provide you an API key once you register. Once you add the API key back to catpchasolve.py then the logs should say "getting captcha code, and solving it" I would not enable MFA, or change code related to that.

I did as you suggested. Now the captcha is resolved. However, I still get the same error at line 256 in powerwallBackup.py. see the below error. Do you think this is because of python version. And I had to install requests module for python separately. What version of python and requests module is installed for you?

Great now, ensure you didn't lock out your account at Tesla.com , and that you do not have MFA enabled in your account.

Thank you so much for your help. You were right about account being locked in tesla.com. I didn't realize I had different password for my gateway and tesla.com. The problem was I was using my gateway password for https://auth.tesla.com. My second problem was I had not added funds in 2captcha. BTW this is on my docker container.

Now I don't have to change backup % manually. Hopefully Tesla doesn't change anything for a while.

The problem was I was using my gateway password for https://auth.tesla.com https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://auth.tesla.com__;!!IKRxdwAv5BmarQ!MTi3ReP7sIsnBzhvXoFeLVM4JIryEgwlMH6iU0W9kSjD3H3_FX9l0l_GyNcilQ$. My second problem was I had not added funds in 2captcha. BTW this is on my docker container.

Now I don't have to change backup % manually. Hopefully Tesla doesn't change anything for a while.
