Add number of citations #35

We could add the number of Google Scholar citations for each dataset that is described in (exactly) one academic paper. This number should be updated regularly, preferably during github-pages deployment (because the numbers should be fixed for a release).

Currently, this seems like the most promising approach: https://scholarly.readthedocs.io/en/stable/quickstart.html Nvm, used Semantic Scholar instead.
