I have insteall FACT_docker 4.01。how to upgrade to newest version(4.1.1) ?

You currently cannot. Note that upgrading inside the container would be a bad idea anyways.

What you should do I build new images with the correct version. As stated in the readme you can do this using make.

That being said it is definitely our fault that we don't provide a build for the latest version.
