This PR adds a queue for RoAMer. It allows:

queueing jobs and distributing them among multiple RoAMer VMs running simultaneously
monitoring the output of RoAMer
clearing the queue
cancelling individual queued jobs
killing already running jobs
displaying the state of the workers and the queue
