Fixes:

• if bninja does not load mlil + don't use internal view creating method (problematic for 3.5)

Two more things:

• maybe change the used exception to something else (did not want to add a new exception type just for bninja)
• if --output is used and an error occurs (and the function is not decompiled), an empty file will be generated
