Keep or edit the Monero stuff? #1

I'm not sure if I should work on rewording any of the Monero topics because I know the bug bounties could be a useful subject. Use it or lose it, AFAIC. There are lots of great ideas here and we could add them to our already existing things like how we also have a vulnerability disclosure process.

Add Gridcoin developer funding information. Update the Monero VULNERABILITY_RESPONSE_PROCESS.md to information available about the Gridcoin vulnerability response process.
