Alot of relevant code used for my MS thesis which generated PSFs (fake SNe), planted into LCO differences (straightforward to apply to other general numpy array), and ran detections (threshold-based) to measure efficiencies.

@koconnor4 - I overlooked this PR, but it looks like it was primarily just a PR test and is no longer needed. OK to close it without merging?

Hey yes definitely not important, was just me playing with pull request on the first day.
