function for source classification based on shape using SPREAD_MODEL #131

This will be the benchmark algorithm that our ML performance is measured against.

First guess is that we would use the SPREAD_MODEL metric from DES, as implemented in Sextractor: https://sextractor.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Model.html#spread-model-def
