simulate lensed SN positions from catalog of lensing parameters #64

takes as input a catalog of lensing parameters (phi, d, mu, dt, zsrc, zlens) and a list of observation dates

generates a SN for each lens (with SN type, t_pk, M_pk).

For a given set of observation dates, generate the multiply-imaged SN image positions (relative to the lens galaxy center) and magnitudes: (phi,d,mag,MJD)
