Write some user stories #7

We're imagining two user personas:

  1. us and our immediate collaborators (maybe LensWatch) who want to play around with non-proprietary data, planting fakes, training and testing ML algorithms, and writing papers about it.
  2. an LSST DESC user who wants to apply the ML framework on NERSC for working with simulated Rubin observatory data that is proprietary to the LSST DESC

We can start by aiming at the first user persona, but should write some top-level stories for both so we keep a focus on the next stage.
