[BUG]: Up n Atom - Food storage accessible by anyone. #1388

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

After hearing it from several other people, I tested this out myself earlier by going unemployed and still being able to enter the food storage via third eye and grab food.

Expected Behavior

Food Storage only be accessible while clocked into the Atom whitelist.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Walk up to heat tray
  2. Be unemployed, or any other job, etc.
  3. Third Eye and Enter food storage.

Anything else?

With the ability to lockpick the doors of the store and already be able to rob it if robberies are on, while the store itself is closed, I think its a bit much that they would be able to steal all the food. This is why I have had the store closed for weeks ever since the storage was brought back. I don't believe this is intentional and I hope I'm right so it can be fixed and things returned to normal :)

This was an oversight -- non-employees should not be able to do this. Fixed for next reset.
