punsh in a safe zone #1408

Is there an existing issue for this?

[X] I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

you can punsh in a safe zone while pressing left click then right click ( Reverse the normal punshing )

Expected Behavior

people triger people to lead to punshing them

Steps To Reproduce

fix the gaurd and make it for every damage a player does to another player the guard shoots, not when a player does an animation

Anything else?

Fix the blind spots in ( gun stores, etc)
