[BUG]: <Allow Hunting while CD> #1463

Current Behavior

Cannot shoot the rifle because of CD

Expected Behavior

Please let me do hunting its my favorite job and I cannot shoot the animals. (Already tried running them over its very difficult)

Steps To Reproduce

Try to fire the hunting rifle while CD

Anything else?
