Fixed peer dependencies issues
Update the angular/compiler dependency to v18
Updated webpack.config.js to support the angular compiler update.
Support new control flow nodes in the angular viewer.

@fkling The new control flow was introduced around a year ago. It's fairly common to find it in Angular templates these days, which makes the tool unusable for them.
