update hapi's peer dependency version #94

Hapi's version is now 20 and should be a drop-in replacement. I'm using Hapi@20 and this peer dependency version mismatch prevents me from upgrading to npm7 because of the stricter peer dependency rules.

I'll open a PR with the necessary changes! Thank you and have a good week
