Fix case in DatabaseFixture.ProviderName #12

The DynamicAssemblyGeneration-Tests were failing due to a "Provider PostgeSql not found" error on the current master. Got it fixed by changing "PostgreSql" to "PostgreSQL" in DatabaseFixture.
