Plugin return error GetLastError() = 3 #98

system:windows; i use idea to compiler thrift. cmd is :F:\Project\thrift-0.9.3.exe --allow-neg-keys --gen java -out /Project/work/src/main/java F:\Project\work\src\main\thrift\base.thrift thats ignore F: then return error Did I use it wrong?
