PHP Warnings when I trying to use ul/ol lists in my custom wp-mpdf-theme template #20

I see a huge number of Warnings in error_log file when I use ul or ol lists in my template layout. Without lists, everything is fine.

This will most likely go away with the MPDF v8 upgrade. See ticket #21 for status updates.
