When I try to grant access to secured files under the "Access Permission" section, it won't accept those who have an email address as their Wordpress userid. I can only grant access to those with a standard userid (without the "@", etc.).
I created a "2-3 Day Premium Support ticket" about a week ago and I haven't heard from anyone yet. Very frustrating. I don't think this plugin is being supported anymore.
