Socket Error: Invalid write on socket, code: -101 #240

I get a this error when I try to connect to freenet or snoonet. Socket Error: Invalid write on socket, code: -101

Chrome Version 33.0.1712.3 dev

I get the same socket error on Chorme version 33.0.1750.117 stable running on Arch Linux. This did seem to work fine under Chrome 33 on Mac OSX earlier today. On my Arch box I have chrome://flags/#enable-tcp-fast-open enabled, but have not been able to yet determine if this is the cause.

If there is anyway I can generate better debugging information let me know.

I have a feeling that this issue may have something to do with the TCP fast open flag chrome://flags/#enable-tcp-fast-open
