Localized simple select type #2

This PR introduces a new column type called a "Localized Simple Select". It is similar to the simple select, but supports multilanguage based on the configured locales.

Oops, it seems that the rendering of the "table-lable" field failed. See the developer console for more details.

This error will be thrown in the records, if the table attribute has a select (multilanguage) with no set options.

All AC defined on Task https://jira.flagbit.cloud/browse/LIQUYMAKEN-38 were tested. Some bugs were found but not related with the Tasks itself direct. Code LGTM! Great Job! :rocket:
