crash_generation component dependent on Bootstrap #623

With latest breakpad, I don't see the GUI to give option to user to upload 
crash dump to server. This problem only comes with OS X Yosemite.

One reason might be Inspector.mm dependent on bootstrap, so i don't see the 
crash dump upload GUI on OS X Yosemite, is there any plan to remove bootstrap 
dependency completely from breakpad? Or any workaround to get rid of this 
problem
