Encountering Groups #97

There should be a way to address an entire group (camp, etc). This is already partially covered with communicating by setting the match to whatever group/camp ID the ALife is in.

This is a huge issue when it comes to surrendering. Even friendly ALife will get the surrender gist and judge accordingly.
