Feature Request: Add tracking information to user order screen

Often we find that customers don't receive tracking emails and/or there is no ability to brand tracking emails custom to our business.

Would be nice if customers could link directly to tracking information from the order screen. (will add a screenshot of the idea if i get a chance)

This commit doesn't address this feature. (the commit restores functionality that was in place in previous versions).

Doesn't address this feature request. This request would be to add tracking information to the user account page (My Account --> Orders page)
