FlagShip API Error - cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem #83

Hi I started to get this error, just recently it says:

FlagShip API Error:
cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired

Flagship Shipping has some difficulty in retrieving the rates. Please contact site administrator for assistance.

nothing happens, and the quotes not transferred to flagship. Please help!
