Update Java libraries to .NET templates #24

The Java libraries have gone untouched, whilst the compound templates have been 
changed - leaving the Java libraries out of sync.

Please update the Java content model & deserializer to reflect the changes.

(I would do it myself, but I lack a Tridion environment)

Has been implemented early 2013 for the 2013 code update; code is active for 
all my clients.
