Reverse RenderComponentPresentationsByView #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.@Html.RenderComponentPresentationsByView("!Top")

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect this to work the same way as 
@Html.RenderComponentPresentationsBySchema("!Top"), meaning that the CPs with 
view "Top" are not rendered. Instead, no CPs are rendered.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.25 on Windows 7
