Implementation of Siteedit functionality #34

We are trying to implement the siteedit functionality with the help of MVC3 
coding . 
We are using DD4T in tridion and then publish the pages in broker database and 
then with the help of MVC3-DD4T we search the page URL from database and 
display the page in front view.
Now we have use siteedit code using  mvc3 in page level to implement the 
siteedit functionality in the page but it is giving an HTML invalid error.

Please find the attached document which consist of the detail steps we have 
followed to implement this functionality. 
Please advise what can be done here?
