Need 2011 sp1 and 2013 sp1 code base. #58

I am migrating from 2011 sp1 to 2013 sp1.Can you please provide code SVN path 
for both the version(2011 sp1 and 2013 sp1).Do I need to re-install for 2013 
sp1 CMS DD4T template.
