The app should do the following:

Present a menu of templates available to pick up
- Stretch: auto-detect local project directory and suggest templates
Variable substitution (#7): allow the user to set parameters for substituting variables in the template files (for example, https://github.com/juspay/nix-dev-home/issues/11)
