No HTTPS redirect #15

Going to http://staging.flakestry.dev/ just hangs, it doesn't seem to be listened to. There should be a redirect to https://staging.flakestry.dev/.

I don't fully get fly.toml, but it seems like the force_https flag might fix this: https://fly.io/docs/reference/configuration/#services-ports
