Allow #main screen minimap to be zoomed #4

Allow main screen minimap to be zoomed to full-screen when tapped.

Zoomed map should still display user's current location, possibly venues nearby and should be zoomed/panned on will.

Zoomed map should not be auto-updated by geolocation changes (follow), but should have a button for that task
