Paypal donate option not working #4

Hey, I am not sure if it belongs here as it is not really a code related issue. I just wanted to let you know that the Paypal donate option do not work. The payment is refused when trying to finalize it. I never had any issue with Paypal so maybe something is not set properly? Cheers

Maybe that's because I'm from Russia? However I've sent my docs to PayPal to verify my person, maybe this will solve issue.

You may try to send using my email nyxem-nismo yandex.ru instead of using paypal.me service, but I'm not really sure this will change anything.
